Tinnitus Miracle Review

With this review I am hoping to clarify some issues in regards to the e-book Tinnitus Miracle. Just in case you have doubts about this review I am going to tell you that this review is providing reliable information. The main reason I say this is because  I actually bought the e-book to be able to create this review. But I didn’t purchase this e-book just for this reviews sake, but because I am in constant search for treatments that are effective for difficult situations. As you might have read in my about page, I am a naturopathic practitioner. So I receive people constantly in my office searching for solutions that many times the medical establishment cannot provide. So that being said, let us start analyzing Tinnitus Miracle.

The first thing I considered while reviewing this e-book was, why did the author take time to write about this topic? Well I found that the Author Thomas Coleman actually suffered the condition for many years without being able to get any relief from neither conventional nor natural remedies. It seemed that even natural practitioners didn’t have a clue as to how to treat this condition. Being a natural practitioner myself this drew my attention immediately. How do I compare Tinnitus Miracle to other e-books such as Banish Tinnitus?

First, compared to other crappy e-books on the internet, Tinnitus Miracle is packed full with information that is really difficult to get in any other place without dedicating months of research. With over 334 pages of information you really can’t ask for more. Thomas Coleman uncovers Tinnitus in all its aspects. Compared to Banish Tinnitus (you can read my review here) which has a more cookbook approach to tinnitus, Tinnitus Miracle tries to help you find the real cause of Tinnitus in your situation.

There are many different types of ringing in the ears.  From Pulsatile Tinnitus to other form of tinnitus the author  helps you find the best tinnitus treatment for your specific situation.

Now don’t think that I am 100% in accordance to everything he says in the book. At the end of this review I am going to give you a few specific things I really think are wrong this e-book. So make sure you read to the end.

Overview of the e-book

After going into introductory information about his personal experience or bad experience with ringing of the ears he goes deeply into the anatomy of the ear. It is good to read this section if you really are interested in knowing and understanding tinnitus. But if you really are not into anatomy and physiology you might just want to skip this tedious section.

Then Thomas Coleman goes into explaining the different things that can go wrong with your ear that can end up giving you tinnitus. One part I liked about the e-book was the section where he explains in details the different types of tinnitus. Now this was enlightening. Because many believe that all tinnitus are the same but there are actually many types of tinnnitus.  I really liked the part where the author explains the part emotions have in the development of tinnitus. And how important it is that the sufferer of this condition should deal with this issue too.

He also proves that not all tinnitus are caused by ear problems. In many cases allergies can be connected with the condition. You may say “allergies”? Well yes allergies. One thing I really did learn (I must confess) from this e-book was that in many cases the noise you are hearing is really a phantom noise just like the person who has had a leg amputated but still feels pain in the leg. He calls it phantom noise (as mentioned before).

There are many things that people and doctors look over and fail to connect the dots in relation to tinnitus. Thomas Coleman goes into many life-style and environmental factors that play a part in the cause of tinnitus.

Here is a list of some of the most important and interesting factors the author discusses in his e-book:

1) Understanding and breaking the vicious cycle in Tinnitus

2) Holistic approach to getting rid of your tinnitus

3) Proven dietary changes and herbal/vitamin supplementation to tackle tinnitus

4) How food allergies may be aggravating your condition

5) How exercise can help

6) Powerful immune enhancement plan to reduce tinnitus

7) Detoxifying and cleansing your way to tinnitus freedom and much more!

There is too much to mention about this e-book that I found useful. But before going into the pros and cons of this e-book, I would like to mention that the author has a 4 steps or point retraining program. One of the steps given in the book is geared towards training the brain to control the noise.

If I were to rate this book I would give it a definite 5 star!

Pros: Very detailed and a complete holistic program to really cure tinnitus. Over 300 pages of packed information on causes, treatment and holistic approaches to this condition. If you are looking for something easy to do, try  Banish Tinnitus Review instead for a simple treatment that might work for you. If it doesn’t work come back to this eBook. I’m sure you’ll get the info and the solution you need.

Cons: As mentioned before there is one major negative thing about the book. In a small section the author promotes the use of hypnosis for relaxation and noise control purposes. I am totally against hypnosis and any other method that has to do with mind control. This is the only really negative aspect of the book. So as long as you can ignore this section on hypnosis I think your ok. Otherwise, if you are tempted to use hypnosis I recommend staying away from this e-book. Mind control is a dangerous thing. And even if it works it is still dangerous to fool around with. Hypnosis does not strengthen the mind but weakens it and submits the person to spiritual forces (unseen) that can have a seriously bad influence on mental and spiritual life. Anyway, that is my opinion.

Tinnitus: Major Symptoms You Should Know

So you have developed ringing in the ears and don’t know what to do? You have already probably been to see your primary care physician. He or she has examined you thoroughly and has found nothing is wrong with you.  But why then am I hearing these noises?

The problem with Tinnitus is that it disrupts your entire life. You hear these noises while you are at work and this noise is accentuated during the night not letting you enjoy a peaceful nights rest.

Some people hear these noises occasionally while others are constantly invaded by them. While others are ok most of the time and suddenly have Tinnitus attacks. The noise can be a ringing, a bell sound, a constant click and others a buzz or others a beat.

But remember that 99% of the noise heard is a phantom noise as mentioned in the previous post. But there is one case were an actual noise is being heard. A small percentage of people who suffer from tinnitus are actually hearing the sound of their heart. This may be due to:

  • hardening of the arteries
  • damage to an artery
  • high blood pressure
  • depression
  • stress
  • severe anxiety

This type of Tinnitus is called Pulsatile Tinnitus. And in this type of tinnitus a medical doctor can place a stethoscope in the ear and hear the noise also.

Unfortunately, conventional medicine doesn’t really offer an effective tinnitus treatment. As a matter of fact many doctors don’t know how to treat this condition at all.

The only effective tinnitus treatment is when a complete holistic approach is done with natural remedies in combination with relaxation techniques. I will get into this in another post.

Tinnitus: Where is this noise coming from?

Has this happened to you: You wake up in the middle of the night because you are hearing noises, you look for the source and you really can’t find what is making that noise? You finally realize that these noises are coming from the environment but from within you! You are hearing these noises no matter where you are. This condition where you hear noises coming from inside of you is called Tinnitus.

So what is Tinnitus?

Well as already mentioned, tinnitus is a condition where you hear these noises in your head. Some people hear ringing bells (for this reason many call this disease “ringing in the ears”), buzzes or some form of whistling sounds. Other people have really weird noises.

About 8% of people in the US suffer from this condition. The noises in tinnitus are considered noise perceptions. In other words they are similar to a person who has had an amputated leg but still feels pain in the leg like if it were there.

What is the main cause of Tinnitus?

The cause can be a simple ear infection, injury to the ear or sometimes even just ear wax. But in other tinnitus sufferers the problem may be more complicated such as:
1) Hearing Loss
2) Damage to the internal ear and cochlea
3) Allergies may be a factor
4) But one of the most common causes is being exposed to noise and racket all the time injuring this way the ear.
Ever seen those youngsters with loud music in the cars? They surely don’t know the damage they are doing to themselves!

Ringing in the ears is more accentuated during the night but many people also hear during the day. Lot tinnitus sufferers are constantly hearing these noises. They can cause problem with sleeping and nearly drive you crazy and be very stressful even leading to anxiety.
In this site I am going to expose to you a few methods that are effective to conquer this problem. Yes, you do not have to suffer forever.
